In an age where we're all trying to do what we can to level the playing field (see, for example, Ontario's recent announcement to ban requiring Canadian work experience), it's critical to learn about our panelists' experiences, insights, and perspectives in an effort to foster inclusivity and advance equitable pathways for talented ITLs.
