Join us after work on Wednesday, June 18 for an exclusive 'CounselWELLNESS' evening at rhį¹mÄ Contrology Rooftop Studio.
Join Marlene Amado, owner and founder of rhį¹mÄ Contrology Studio and 3rd Generation Pilates Teacher with over 22 years of teaching experience for an incredible session of delightful movement centered on mobility, strength and awareness. Enjoy myofascial release techniques, core activation and full-body integration on a rooftop overlooking the Northshore mountains and the beautiful downtown Harbour.
After theĀ 50 minute class, cool down with a complimentary smoothie from Glory Juice Co andĀ enjoy the viewsĀ while mingling with your in-house peers! We'll then raffle off a free private pilates reformer lesson (value $120) with Marlene!
