The 2026 Canadian In-House Lawyer Salary Survey is officially open!

Last year, 759 in-house counsel from across Canada contributed to our salary report. For 2026, we’re aiming for 1,000+ responses to deliver the clearest and most accurate compensation insights for the profession.

The survey takes 5-10 minutes, and all responses are kept strictly confidential.

By participating, you help the in-house community understand:

• Regional and industry-specific compensation differences
