The 2026 Counselwell Salary Survey is officially open!

Last year, 759 in-house counsel from across Canada contributed to the report — a 39% increase over the prior year. For 2026, we’re aiming for more than 1,000 responses to deliver the deepest, clearest, and most accurate compensation insights yet.

Your participation helps the profession understand:
