Taly Fleischer is an executive coach and organizational consultant with over 30 years of experience guiding senior leaders through high-stakes situations and critical conversations. Her career spans roles at Deloitte (Manager of Strategy and Change Management), BMO Financial Group (Senior Talent Advisor), and Shopify (Lead Coach), working across financial services, technology, consulting, and other industries. She uniquely combines strategic consulting expertise with depth coaching, allowing her to address both the tactical elements of difficult conversations and the internal dynamics that determine whether leaders can access their best thinking under pressure.

Certified as an ICF Executive Coach since 2004, Taly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McGill University and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Behaviour from Ivey University. Her specialized training in Neuro-Coaching and nervous system regulation enables her to help leaders maintain clarity and presence in high-stakes moments. Known for her direct yet compassionate communication style and her ability to quickly assess complex interpersonal dynamics, Taly helps senior leaders navigate the challenging conversations that define their effectiveness and impact.
